Magic

It sounds crazy for an adult, this is the genius of Walt Disney, but everyday I think of Disney World and can't wait to get back there. I love anywhere but the Yacht and Beach is my favorite place on the planet. I wake up every morning, close my eyes and picture myself waking up there, particularly reminded of this past vacation with our entire family that was so awesome, even though the Joint Commission was at my work. I simply love Florida too. Of course my babies are there which is great! So one aspect of joy for everyday is to close my eyes and start each day by bringing myself, for a second to the Yacht and Beach, smell the smell, then talk to my babies, sing row row row your boat and plan our next trip.

Mondays

AHHHH MONDAY! I think Monday should be incorporated into the weekend!! Then everyone would dread Tuesday!!! I have a solution....retire then it won't matter!!!

Can't do that yet!!! Spent a great weekend with family from far and away celebrating Pete's birthday!! It was great to see Robin and Corbett, talk about living the life!!, and Corby and Flannery!! And....friends from years ago!! JJ came home and except for Molly not being home it was a great mom weekend!! Maybe until I retire I just need to remember everyday is it's own and will never happen again so celebrate daily...Carpe Diem...I never appreciated that motto when we were at Montclair!! I sure do now!

No Topic Today

No topic today! Just more about living each day to the fullest! I was waking up and I had my eyes shut and began to wonder if you tried really hard could you look the other way and see inside your own head? Or even can you see your eye lids. I think if you try hard enough you could...see you eyelids, not sure about seeing inside your head, but it is worth exploring. I can tell you it is psychedelic! Stay tuned!! And no I have not been drinking, just not sleeping!!

On The Same Wavelength

Are we on the same wavelength or what??!!

Wow - let's enjoy the present, even if it is cold and damp. I heard one encouraging thing this morning. Our weather guy Scott Haney said that today is significant in the weather world because the average temp is usually 40 degrees from this date on. I'll take it!!

I Want Summer!

But I don't want to wish my life away! I just don't do cold, especially the rainy 40 degree dreary Jersey Winter days that go right through you!! I want summer!! So really just put on a nice snuggly sweater or fleece and shut up! Enjoy each day! I read something on ...I forget either face book or twitter about how we all plan and dream, and to one of my posts last week, spend so much time planning and dreaming we forget to live today...they have a point. While I think it is great to dream and plan we can't forget to live today. There was also a really good about video on face book about the mass effects of random acts of kindness committed by regular people highlighting the fact that the little things we do add up to be huge and can change a society! SO today's lesson for me, seize the day, little things mean a lot and keep planning your dream life but know that you are living it everyday!!!
