To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.

I like this quote because this is what I am looking for this year. I have to find my book on focus…I guess if I were more focused and disciplined I would be able to find my book…anyway…it's a new year! A focused more disciplined life is a better life. Buddha is an interesting guy who I need to learn more about.

We all can control our minds…the mind is more powerful than the normal human being gives it credit for. The holiday issue of Whole Living asserts that our mind, along with some zinc, B vitamins, C vitamins, can fight the common cold. The mind is a powerful thing to use!!!!!
